White privilege refers to the societal advantages, benefits, and opportunities that white people experience simply by being white in a society where whiteness is the norm. These advantages are often unearned and can manifest in various ways, such as easier access to education, employment, housing, healthcare, and the justice system compared to people of color. White privilege also encompasses the freedom from certain forms of discrimination and systemic barriers that people of color often face.
Black privilege is the audacity to break every rule and play the victim card when you get caught in the wrong, or whenever you don't get things the way you wanted. It's the belief that blacks can belong to clubs and organizations that cater specifically to their race, but when whites do, it's racism and white supremacy. Getting undue preferential treatments at jobs and colleges through programs like DEI and affirmative action. It's the convenience of defending every aspect of life through the lens of race.
